You’ve just paid off your rental instrument and it is yours to enjoy for years to come!

Continue your repair coverage – and peace of mind – with Meyer’s Extended Repair Plan, to ensure your instrument remains in optimal playing condition.

No long term commitments– keep your coverage protection as long as you want, for up to 5 years.

Make easy autopay monthly payments or pay annually.

Rates start as low as $7 a month and vary depending on instrument type/model.

Coverage includes:

Maintenance

  • inspection, adjustment & professional test-playing
  • routine cleaning of woodwind and brass instruments
  • adjustment of valves, slides, keys, pads, springs, felts, and corks

Repair

  • replacement of broken parts, including mouthpieces, ligatures, strings, and bridges
  • lubrication, adjustment, realignment, leak testing, and soldering
  • gluing of open seams, rehairing or exchange of bow originally included with rental

Insurance

  • instrument replacement if stolen or deemed damaged beyond repair by repair department
  • 50% off case purchase of a like-case if a new one is deemed necessary by the repair department]
Terms
  • Repair work must be done by Meyer Music.
  • Coverage does not extend to minor cosmetic repairs that do not affect playing 
  • Coverage does not extend to malicious, intentional damage. 
  • If instrument is stolen/damaged beyond repair, it will be replaced with one of equal value. In case of fire or theft, a police report must be filed within 48 hours. You must provide a copy of the report at your expense and pay a deductible equal to 10% of the purchase price.
  • Rates are subject to change and are not guaranteed for the 5 years.
