Family-Friendly Rental Plans

Straight-forward rental plans. No gimmicks.

You tell us what you want your students to have! It’s your program, and we’re here as support.

All Meyer Music instruments are set-up by hand by our own string techs; we do not rely on manufacturers for quality control.
All rentals include a school book, stand, polish cloth, rosin, shoulder rest or rock stop/strap at no added cost
All rentals may include added features if you want your students to have them, such as finger tapes or tuners at no added cost
All rentals include your selection of shoulder rest and bow (wood or carbon graphite), at no added cost

Easy exchanges and upgrades for a better-sounding orchestra.

100% of rental credit is transferable to a Step-Up option
Step-Up instruments are also available as rent-to-own with monthly payments with no obligations, making the investment easier for families

Educators have enough to do already, worrying about budgets and repairs shouldn’t be an issue.

Prelude and Helicore strings are heavily discounted and all other sets of strings, including Dominant, are 25% off
Bow exchanges and purchases based on program size, with reduced pricing if more are needed
Affordable bridge replacement and installation
Discounted additional repairs
25% stock cases and bags, with used bags available at further discounts

We’re here for you through the entire year, not just on the rental night.

Fitting and recruitment by experienced string players, regardless of size of program
Free clinician support, whole groups and sectionals, by reputable former orchestra teachers
Families can text our support staff to easily set up a size exchange or request supplies be sent to the school
Cost sharing for pre-approved outside clinicians and string groups
Donations of instruments in appropriate, need-based situations
